How it works: CBM/carton = (L×W×H) ÷ 1,000,000,000. Cartons are grouped by carton type and packed up to 2,530 mm stack height; zone length = slices × carton depth. A 40′ HC reefer holds 68.3 CBM geometric, but the safe loadable fill is 54 CBM (≈79%) — proven by EX-002, where ~40 cases beyond a ≈54 CBM load did NOT fit and were left behind. Green ≤ 54 · Amber 54–58 (fits but above safe) · Red > 58 or over length.
Weights are per-carton product-master figures (Σ cartons × unit weight) — confirm at stuffing. Tab 2 is your planning workspace to land a buyer-approved load at ≤ 54 CBM.
